Entretien
I applied online and received a call the day after. I had a Skype interview two days after and am currently waiting for any response. If am success I will be interviewed again by phone and will meet the Sixt's team personally at the final interview.

Question 1
You have a client that already paid for a 3-day car rental and the first day calls you saying that she had a crash, what do you do as a Branch Manager? You have to take into account that she did not pay for the insurance and she needs another car

Entretien
It was a long interview process first 1 on 1 with a recruiter then 3 current branch managers in a group setting followed by 1 on 1 with the area manager and finally 1 on 1 with the VP! The interviews averaged about 30 mins but were conversational and engaging - they all spoke about Sixt then asked me to give them my experience that would relate.
