There were two interviews and a trial work day. As far as I know the second interview was necessary only because I originally applied for a different position though. Everbody I met was extremely friendly and helpful (no matter if directly involved in the interviews or not). This was by far the best application experience I had with any company. It was more about getting to know each other and finding out whether or not we personally fit together than having to prove myself and my skills (which of course still was part of the process!). From start till finish they were quick in getting back to me by mail and phone.
