Applied online with resume and cover letter. Received a response within a week to schedule a phone screening. Within a week of that phone interview, they asked to schedule an in-person interview. The location of their offices isn't the easiest of places to find, but the HR rep was very kind and more than willing to help with directions, so don't be afraid to ask! The interview was extremely straightforward, purely Q&A style. The interviewer was professional in their approach and seemed to take me seriously. The process took roughly 20 minutes and that was it. I didn't hear back from them almost a month later and I thought after 2 weeks I was pretty much ghosted. Which was fine as it's pretty normal these days. But when companies do take the time to reach back out to you, it does mean a lot to the candidates and it shows that they practice what they preach about company culture. So kudos to them.
