Five or six team leads from different departments questioned me around a table. I got the interview through a friend who worked there, which seems to be how most employees are hired. Most questions were designed to figure out which department might want to hire me and were more about answering confidently and articulately than providing any right answer.

It was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. The lady from HR was very polite and respectful, however, when the person who would would be my boss walked in she plopped right in the chair without saying a word and started huffing and puffing with papers. While the lady from HR and I were in conversation, the other one would interrupt and ask weird questions. Not to mention that she looked like she got her clothes from Kmart's blue light special.
