They make you answer video questions with a few seconds to rehearse before the camera starts recording. It is incredibly awkward because you have no real person to have a rapport with and the questions are poorly worded.

First step is a HireVue that had about 5 questions. Second was a 20 minute phone screening with the recruiter. Next was an interview with the hiring manager, lasted about half hour. The problem was they said they'd get back with an update sooner than they actually did, and continued to delay the process multiple times

got invited to do a hirueve. Wasn't too difficult. questions about what I knew about the company, myself and my skills. Very simple process and given fair amount of time to prepare for the questions.
