Applied online with two days notice after sending application 2 weeks ago. Arranged for first interview in the morning and followed by second interview a few days after. Didn't have to speak much didn't the second interview as a rep will present the company information and remuneration system. It's a door-to-door sales position.

I went for the interview twice, 2023 and this year 2024. 2023 was by Sirius itself and 2024 was by DCM marketing. Do take note they have sisters and affiliated companies but they’re all the same. Ngl I was intrigued with what they offer but just to put it here upfront.. it’s MLM. I tried dropping hints during 2nd interview but they will avoid the question and yap about how good this and that. Very nice interviewer in general but the job scope is just meh. 2024 why do we need to go door to door just to get sales 😂 Tryna display that they’re different from other companies and what makes them unique but how is it unique when there’s no basic salary, everything is based on sales skills and how many you close. Secondly… 6 days a week? No body got time for that. We all want work-life balance. Qualifications isn’t major to them, they just wna see how well you can present yourself. Don’t be too gullible or “wow” with the money breakdown they explain. Not family friendly as well, workplace target to those that’s single or doesn’t have commitments. Based on my both observations. The only thing i will give it to them is the dynamic and the amount of young people, young blood. Might be tough cos i’m sure there might be politics either ways haha If you’re looking for stability, good welfare etc etc this is not the one for you
