I was interviewed twice for this position. Some very tricky questions had been asked, e.g How would you teach being a fresher, How would you deal with all age types of students.
My confidence is what the interviewer liked and appreciated.

What would I do if a conflict arises in the class between the students of different age during a group discussion?
