Interviewed with multiple hubs across the country to get my career started. All of them were over the phone. For the most part, the interviewers (mostly Master Control Supervisors but some chief engineers) were very laid back, so the interviews were not daunting at all. Unfortunately, due to the various cutbacks and layoffs in the company been having over the last few years, I'm not sure if I would want to work for them long term.

I was contact through email to complete background check. 1 month later was called for interview. Almost 2 months later they called my references and offered me the position. Had to wait on Human Resources to call to give information on pay and job details.
