It was a great learning opportunity to learn more about the organization and television advertising sales. There were several steps throughout the interview process in which you will meet with several members of the management team. They are very straight forward with telling you that it is a very difficult position although with hard work, dedication, and organization you have the opportunity to succeed.

Provided a summary of my background and was offered an entry-level sales job. I was screened initially by a HR manager, but primarily interviewed with the sales manager. The GM would have been included, but was unavailable the day I was at the stations.

Entretien
The interview consisted of me meeting with the main sales manager, then a digital sales manager, the director of sales, and so on. Each gave insight on what they do and how long they had been with the company. They expressed what they were looking for in an account executive, and asked me some typical interview questions.
