OCI interview during law school. Meet with 2 STB attorneys for 20 -30 mins each. Talk about why STB, career goals, etc. If pass, get invited back to meet more attorneys in the office to talk about the same things.

It was a pretty chill callback interview, pretty standard questions, mostly asked about resume. Very conversational throughout. Friendly people. Seems like they look for strong personality fits for the most part.

The interviewers were great. I really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was conversational. I hope to visit the office in the future. I didn’t get a look since it was virtual.

OCI process, interviewer was flipping through 10 different resumes in front of me lol. Very stiff interviewers in general (2nd time interviewing with them), and more formal and less relaxed than other firms.
