The interview process was professional and thorough. It was comprised of two phone interviews, a face-to face via web-ex, followed by being flown out to the US corporate HQ in CO. I met several of the staff, had several one on ones's , and had to give presentation to 4 individuals: the founder, US president of the company, and Director of marketing. Lunch was then provided at the office with those individuals.
