      The interview process went smoothly. I had the hiring manager call, the panel interview, which consists of a video call with the CEO. According to the feedback I received from those who interviewed me, they were all successful. The process went from communicating fast and efficiently to no communication at all. I was at the part of the hiring process where references are verified, and it seems that the ball was dropped from that point. No references were contacted, and my emails were ignored. It seemed like it was going to be a great opportunity. I was surprised that things went downhill out of no where with no communication.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We apologize for any communication issues on our part and your negative experience. We recognize that interviewing for any role takes valuable time and energy from each candidate. Unfortunately, we had to pivot from our original plans for this role due to a valuable team member (who was leading the selection process for this role) having an expected family emergency. We have paused hiring for this and other roles until we can regroup and are prepared to properly screen and onboard someone into this role.
