The owner was very prejudiced against young people and made that abundantly clear by stating that she doesn’t like to hire young people because they’re too unreliable and just quit after three months. She also made sure to stress just how difficult the job would be. She made me a job offer over the phone and then rescinded it the next day, I thought something had gone wrong with my references but when I contacted them they had never been contacted.
