Firstly I did a role play selling a holiday to a customer this is the one I most worried about but actually once I got into the swing of it, it actually wasn’t bad at all I then did an IT assessment which was straight forward. I then had an interview although it was formal felt comfortable and the two people that interviewed me were lovely and very welcoming.

there were two stages to the interview. A 45 minute role play session, and then a further 45 mins competency questioning for part 2. It was a different experience, and the people who interviewed and done the role play were very friendly and put me at ease which got rid of the nerves.

The interview process was straight forward, I didn’t get nervous because the interviewees didn’t allow me to be, I felt comfortable. Part 1 was a role play and part 2 was based Competency-based

i found the whole process quite open and comfortable I also enjoyed being able to be with other possible applicants as this allowed a time for us to show our communication skills in team settings also
