An assessment day, divided into three area's;
a in depth interview with a review of previous experiences and skills,
a IT technical skills checking multitasking and listening skills,
and finally a roleplay and case study checking sales initiative and customer interaction skills.

Entretien
Anastasia who had the initial phone screening with me was very polite and courteous she informed me about the interview process and understood my reason for applying. The role play with Nathan was great but the final interview was a series of standard questions and felt very impersonal and don’t really fit with every candidate. It felt like I was not really being listened to and they had already made up their mind I was not for the job . I think it should be more about what you could bring to the business and not just about giving scenarios to questions

Entretien
I was talked through the job role buba Shab, who was extremely helpful and understanding of any questions. I ten went through the sales task and competence test. Again the people I spoke to were very helpful and lovely to talk to. They gave an excellent impression
