I applied on the company’s website, the interview process with a call from the lovely Talent team and progresses into an assessment centre. The assessment centre was made up of an introductory presentation, a tour, group exercise, one to one interview, roleplay and an IT test for data entry.

WOW! What a Journey this Interview process has been😁. It all started with an email from Shab one of the recruiters form Simply Business which lead to a phone call to check my suitability for the role. Two Zoom meetings later, one a Sales Task and the another a Competency and Values based questions. All the interviewers were very professional, informative, helpful, jovial and genuinely they all want you to succeed and be part of the team!
