Oversold opportunity by headhunter - Traveled to London head office. Interviewed in very odd relaxed style. Completely based on culture fit and little relevance to competence. No effort to sell the opportunity. Very 1 sided. Informed would be progressed to next stage on Thursday and would hear back Friday. Didn't hear till following Wednesday that role was now more Talent focused and wouldn't be progressing any further in process.
