There is a lengthy interview process but after you are hired you understand why they did it the way they did it. It's a great simulation of the workplace and it only helps to have a good team surrounding you. If you are good with Grammar and your spoken language, you will have no problem as long as you utilize empathy and kindness. You respond to practice 'tickets' and have a chance to freely study the learners guide.
