I was contacted via email to schedule a 30 minute interview. 6 days later, I was able to get a response and was interviewed the next day. The questions were pretty standard, and I got an immediate response that I would be moving forward in the process. I was then sent a "challenge" to test my design skill set. This consisted of re-designing one information-dense page on their website two times for "options" Additionally, they requested that I design an instagram advertisement for them and a paragraph explaining it as "extra credit" 5 days after receipt, I received a rejection.
