The TA team will guide and support you until their hiring target is achieved. However, once that is done, even if you genuinely deserve an opportunity, there is often little to no communication from their side. Having a strong reference within the company seems to be an advantage when trying to get in. The interview process appears very promising and attractive from the outside, but once you become part of the system, the experience can be disappointing. The work environment feels highly political—far more than one would expect—and can be difficult for a straightforward, hardworking individual to navigate.
