Brief phone screen, phone interview with hiring manager, in person interview with hiring manager, phone interview with VP HR. Plus many conversations with the recruiter throughout the process. After the last interview I did not hear from anyone for two weeks, the recruiter did not return my phone call. After two weeks or more I received a canned e-mail saying I had not been selected. Very impersonal.
