Great interview process, the team was really patient and go over everything you would possibly need down the road. I really like their training material and onboarding process.
The interview starts with a phone call, a test, and then paperwork. Took me about 2 hours in total.

I applied on my phone and it shoots you to a writing exam that cannot be done over the smartphone. They do not warn you of this when applying. They do give two tries to get your writing example over to them. Mine first try was wasted since I was on the phone when I applied.
The logistics of the application and test aren't very good. They give your 90m to write an article or memo. Where one is supposed to give citations used from textbooks and journals on specific topics that the applicant doesn't know until they are thrust into the writing sample test.
They do not give enough time or direction as to what journals to find or use. For someone who is thrust in to a 90m test with no warning of the test, or materials is absurd. Some of the subjects required to be written on do not have journals readily available online for free, same with texts. It costs money to be part of Lexis nexus, where one can readily find journals on anything. Thus most are left with articles to cite and use. For a writing company, they wont give you any feedback on your sample.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Write a memo on a certain subject in a certain format. Not given any warning or materials; asked to cite textbooks and journals which are not readily available for free, thus one is stuck using articles. As I was.
