Multiple interview process - first round with internal recruiter, second round with data engineers to assess SQL skills and general technical skills, last round with directors to assess culture fit, technical and communication skills through use case scenarios. It was a thorough but clear process and I enjoyed it. I ended up going with another offer that personally suited me better but I really liked the look of the company and the effort they put in choosing high quality candidates.
