I had two interviews, both had a very positive, conversation-like atmosphere. In both, there first were some personality-related and motivational questions, then I had to solve a case (1 market sizing, 1 business), and finally I had to present a topic I was given in advance (present a brand that you think has a clever marketing strategy; why Simon Kucher & Partners among all other consultancies).

I had 3, 1-hour long interviews with different people. 2 with senior consultants and the last with a director. The first was more heavy on the social aspect, with a 30 min case. The others were much shorter on the behavioural side.
