Applied online and got referred to an online assessment centre and video interview almost immediately. The first assessment was quite easy, and then there was the interview. it was ok, specially since they didn't time it so you had quite a lot of time to think and prepare.

The interview involved self-introduction, competency-based interview questions, technical questions (a problem scenario). There was a mandarin test (reading aloud a paragraph and dictating a paragraph). There was an online drafting test.

Entretien
Logical reasoning and verbal reasoning assessment that was followed by some video interview questions. Around 5 questions of basic fit and competency that is expected for any video interview. Prepare why law, why the firm, what's going on in the legal world etc.
Initial stage is a written application involving basic motivational questions. Followed by a skills competency test. The AC was all online, three different tasks, all individual. Ran seamlessly. Completed AC but haven't heard an outcome over 2 months later.
