After bunch of calls and about 60 emails with the recruiter, I was finally done with my 5 rounds. It seemed like recruiter just kept touching base to get more time. Absolutely horrible bunch of people I met on my calls. Unfortunately I was down on my luck without a job so I kept up with all the communication. Finally came the offer. Then I wait for official letter to sign. Two weeks later recruiter wants to get on a call. Reduces my already meager salary by 20k. Difficult position I was in, I accept. Then again wait.. and wait.. and wait.. after 4 weeks I had enough and emailed that I'm moving on. They couldn't get head count approved.. If that was not approved, what were they interviewing? Such a HORRIBLE place and absolute CRAP employer. Please avoid at all cost.
