The recruiter seemed unprepared and unfamiliar with my CV, my education, or the basics of the role. She couldn’t answer questions about the team, the manager, or daily responsibilities, which made the interview feel rushed and last-minute. The offered salary was also far below industry standards. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated.

Good and very personal. I enjoyed the free conversation and the questions being both professional and personal. It seems like a very good place to work, and I hope to get a second interview.
