Entretien
It was quite easy to moderate as questions asked were regarding basic finance concepts, commercial real estate department, ratio analysis and relevant situation based questions. Just be prepared with financial concepts and CRE department related questions.

Interview
I got call after applying since 5 months. After 3rd round that is assignment test I got call from HR for interview scheduled it was scheduled on Monday 4pm but on Monday I wait till 5pm no mail and call from HR. Then finally I decide to call HR. She said she will find of time got rescheduled and let me know. Then next she rang me for interview timing that is Wednesday 4pm. Then finally interview took place. And what happened during my interview. I have mentioned all detail below questionnaires.

Question 1
1. Describe your resume, what are you as a person, your family, your education background, your short and long term goals. (All questions at once)
2. Define your projects and your findings upon that?
3. Formula of current ratio
4. What is current asset?
5. Whats included in current asset and why?
6. Why business need current asset?
7. What is ideal Ratio of Current ratio?
8. Why 2:1 is ideal Ratio not 4:1?
9. What is Time Value of money
10. Why money value is decreasing
11. Why earning potential is decreasing
She(interviewer) was just asking why to every answer I gave. I think she didn't prepare for what to ask. Also she was little bit rude and frustrating. Her expressions was like she don't want to take interview but is taking.
Now you will say that I got rejected that why I said so but this is not first company who reject me. There interviewer was polite and gave suggestion in gentle way. But here interviewer seems she doesn't have any interest to stay gentle. Also she taunt me about my knowledge vs industrial experience. I am fresher so how can I know about industry before getting into any job.
Still I managed to say thank you to her for her suggestion and time. I was disappointed with this interview experience and that whole day my mood was low.
Sometimes people don't deserve your politeness.
