Applied for the position via the Silverline LinkedIn space and was contacted by a Silverline Recruiter within 2 days and did an initial phone screen. That led to a phone call with their Executive Recruiter the next day. She then scheduled phone interviews with a very Senior Delivery Lead and the COO of the company. Both of those went very well and focused on my overall experience with Salesforce.com and leadership in Professional Services delivery. The next week I was flown to New York for face to face interviews with 6 different Silverline Team Members including the CEO.

Entretien
The interview process was very rigorous (in a good way). I don't remember the exact number, but I met with close to 7 or 8 different people. After several rounds, I was provided with an SOW and had to prepare a client kick off presentation, which I then presented to a panel of 3 Silverline employees (in a role play scenario). After the presentation, I was scheduled for 3 additional follow up interviews.
