It was a One on one interview. I got asked Basic get to know who you are types of questions during the interview. They asked about any prior experience in laboratory settings and how you could apply it to their company. They asked math questions. It was okay.

Initial half-hour phone interview followed by in-person interview at company. The recruiting manager seemed to disliked academia. He repeatedly explained to me why. I had no idea why he invited me for interview. As expected, he ignored my emails and a call to follow up... Poor and inpolite recruiting process
