It was very comfortable and fun (you had to play chess with interviewer to showcase chess knowledge). There were behavior questions as well. And they get back to you very quickly and are super nice to talk to.

Very reasonable, informal discussion for the first interview, which I enjoyed. We got to know each other a bit and it felt like talking to a friend. It was nice to have my questions answered about the company.

Entretien
Came into the office and met with someone in HR for a 1:1 interview. I was asked a couple questions about leadership positions I've held and what techniques I would use to explain concepts to children. Then she ran down my resume and asked me some questions about prior experiences. In the end, after the interview, I was made to play a game of chess against one of the current chess coaches. I believe this is where they test your chess abilities to determine if you have enough intuition and knowledge to teach the subject matter.
