I got a lead from a temp agency who did some preliminary office testing that qualified me for an interview with the supervisor and managment. The interview was very quick as they had basically done all of their research on me/my resume through the temp agency. They told me by the end of the interview which of the positions they had in mind for me and let me know I'd just need to complete my background check and would start immediately after it cleared.
