Fairly normal interview process. The interviewers were very nice and respectful and posed thought-provoking questions. There were not really any technical questions that were asked. Instead it was mostly personality and fit based. There was also a brief essay segment
4-5 interviews, started with directors, moved on to associates, and ended with senior management. All chats were informative and a place to ask questions while getting a feel for the team.
