The interview was conducted in three broad stages. i) First Day - Telephonic - Basic check on profile and fit for the position - basic tech questions ii) Scheduled Day - Onsite Interview - This was scheduled from 9:30 to 12:30 PM. There were 4-5 rounds a) Tech Lead - Basic check of Profile and Broad overview of experience and projects b) Business Analyst - Questions on recent Project and Queries on Data Modelling c) IT Head - Full detail of Project and components including Security, Authentication and Services d) Sr. Software Eng - Some detailed technical questions on Threads, Handlers, C#, ASP.NET ii) Doesn't matter if you clear the previous rounds or not - Skype call with Director (Sundar) - He will ask more of behavioral questions and Role related questions
