Phone interview is very straightforward, no surprise questions. Based on resume and your skills. Since I am a new graduated student and do not have enough past work experience, recruiter asked if I have past work experience. Why svb, why this position. 4-5 interviews, started with directors, moved on to associates, and ended with senior management. All chats were informative and a place to ask questions while getting a feel for the team.
