I went through a temp service. It was super easy and did not take long. It wasn’t intense and it was not a panel interview. I knew I had the job on the spot.

I applied through my university's job board. The process took approximately 2-3 weeks. I had a phone call interview which was then extended to an on-site interview (Somerset, NJ) the following week. Three people interviewed me for similar positions within their teams and they were all very nice and easy to talk to.
