Was supposed to have a screening with HR and she didn’t show up. Finally receive an email from her saying someone else will be interviewing. Poorly run HR department and if this is any indication on the onboarding process or HR support for employees, no thank you.

It was a general interview - good process and friendly Questions are based off Cv and past work experiences. Also based on the company itself and their background,values and what both company’s are like etc
