Entretien
Please be advised this is a BAIT AND SWITCH. I got a response to my application for a customer service position by a very friendly person stating she was with the companies' Hr department and set up an interview. The day of the interview I arrive at a very small office with a receptionist taking calls she greets me and identified herself as the person I spoke to over the phone. I look around and notice some of the office space is empty and unkept. I end up meeting with a young man who starts telling me about selling phones on a straight commission basis. There was no mention of the job I actually applied for. I was beside myself. I prepped myself and drove almost an hour for absolutely nothing.

Question 1
They interviewer did not know what position I applied for; they only spoke about a straight commission sales position I did NOT apply for.

I waited outside with six other people and when they finally called me in the interview lasted about ten minutes. Stanley Wang, the HR rep, told me in brief detail about the company. He did not ask me any interview questions, but he did ask if I felt comfortable working with customers face to face. The interview was not what I expected because I thought I would be asked more questions about myself.
