The application included a few short answer prompts about your working style and your connection to the company's work and values. There was also an opportunity to showcase creativity or tell a story with a "one page" submission. The interviews were more about getting a sense of personality and authenticity, as well as learning more about the role.

After the initial application I received an email that invited me to send in a video that answered questions that they provided. Once I sent this in I was asked to have a get to know you with someone from the HR team to talk about my career goals and background. I did not move on after this conversation.
