The interview process began with a screening call with the Senior People Manager, followed by a design assignment with two exercises. The assignment was relevant and enjoyable, allowing me to showcase my skills for the role. I was informed that the Senior Product Design Manager would provide feedback on my assignment, regardless of the outcome. After waiting over two weeks with no response, I followed up and received a generic rejection email without the promised feedback. Constructive feedback would have been helpful for improving my approach, especially given that I spent a week on it. I believe future candidates would also benefit from receiving feedback after completing similar tasks.
