The interview process is great, relaxed and allows interviewees to see who Signable are. First off, I had a phone call with Olly, which was pretty standard...then if I got called in for a face-to-face interview which was an informal chat about what my experience was and some technical questions. I was then given a test to do in my spare time, of which was paid for, something no other company in Bristol has done or does in my experience, once finished and submitted I was then called up for a final time for a more in depth technical conversation on why I did certain things in the test.
