Entretien
It was the first round was initial shortlisting which was based on ACGPA cut off of around 7.5 after that there was an online test and after that there is a one round of interview that is in offline mode in the tnp office

Interview process is not explained before the interview where recruiter hasn't explained about the position that applied for. Interviewer hasn't focused on the questions based on the profile instead mentioned that consider im a client and how could you extract plan and estimation. Whether it could be tech/management, questions should be asked from interviewer but here it's totally reversed. But when we mentioned about open source solutions where interviewer is not bothered about it where he's fine with GPT for most of his questions. Few ethics were missing where interviewer didn't provide a chance to ask a question from our end and not available over the camera.

In first round project related questions, second round case study and other, hr round behavioural questions, it was medium level interview, there was some programming questions asked.
