There are three stages of the interview process. The first stage is the apptitude test where you will be asked about the industry, the company, IQ questions and current affairs. If you are successful, you will be invited for the second interview with the hiring team. At this stage, you will be asked questions relating to the job, your experience and qualification.
If the candidate is successful, he will be invited for the final interview with the Managing Director. The M.D. will ask the candidate to know if the candidate is qualified to be hire. Once he is satisfied with your performance, you will be offered the job.
