Two steps recruitment. First is a video interview (one or two question in english), and then a 30 minutes interview with 4 to 6 employees of the department. All in english, but if you demonstrate a good domain of the languade the second part of the interview is more soft in portuguese.

The first step after the Resume is selected was a video quiz, then you go into the only interview in Wich you are asked a lot of personal questions and aspirations . Really calm and nice interview.
