Entretien
I was contacted by LinkedIn for an open position, for a full time job. I went to Siemens' office for the first interview, they seemed very professional and with a positive attitude. The first interview went pretty well, so they called me back and told me that I had passed the first selection, and they wanted to make a second technical interview.
The second interview goes well, and they call me back in a few days, saying they are waiting for another candidate. They then call me after 3 weeks, saying they need 2 weeks more to decide, then they disappear.
I try to reach them a month later, no answer to emails/calls.
I later learned that they have never hired a full time employee, but they covered this position with 2 students internships.
Did not expect such behavior from a company like Siemens.
I will not consider this company in the future.
