Don't waste your time in this organisation. I had shared all the details with my current and expected CTC, after completing all the rounds, they said they cannot afford even my current package. They should have told me before inviting for an interview. Here is the interview process. I have never seen the unmanaged interview process. Lots of people around 70 were called for interview at same time 11am and surprisingly my first round happened at 5 pm after waiting for 6hours. Can you imagine? They really don't care about time and employees it seems.
