Very professional interviews, mostly based on technical topics with prepared people. First one was with the HR, than a ptechincal interview with clear question and last was presenting of a case study

Theromdynamics and process design questions mostly
They asked technical questions and asked me to explain what I'm seeing on the P&ID. Overall, didn't like the people who interviewed me, they were extremely rude and made the experience super uncomfortable. Plus they asked for 0 - 5 years of experience, which I thought was weird. There is a difference in the level of knowledge between 0 an 5 years old experienced peeps

O processo seletivo se iniciou no Linkedin. Depois, de análise de CV, tem uma etapa de gravação de vídeo. A etapa de gravação de vídeo é super cansativa, tem que repetir várias vezes, o sistema não é bom. Não deram retorno sobre a candidatura.
