It was to be a 4 step process with a 30 minutes meeting with a recruiter, 30 minutes behavioral / culture meeting, an 1 hour technical meeting and, some time after that, one more meeting to close the process. However, half way through the behavioral meeting the interviewer asked me to develop right away a full stack web solution for a specific problem. The problem itself was not complex, but at the time i didn't have the tools ready to develop (i was doing the meeting on my Personal PC, not my work PC), nor the time to design a suitable solution. Overall, a bad experience.
