Casual phone call interview with questions about experience and problem solving. Went on as more of a conversation than an intense interview, which made me feel comfortable and open. It was a straightforward interview overall.

The interview started with an introduction to the company and the role, followed by questions about my background, skills, and experience. There was also a discussion of technical competencies and how they related to the position. Finally, I had the opportunity to ask questions about the team, company culture, and next steps.
