I applied online when I was looking for a job out of college. Got an email from the lead engineer. Did a technical phone screen a few days later. It was a basic OOP programming exercise. Was then flown out for an interview. There were 2 technical interviews with the senior engineers, just your standard CTCI problems. There was then a nontechnical interview with the director that was mostly just learning about the organization.

The interviews covered Java Object-Oriented Programming, multithreading concepts, data structures and algorithms, core computer science fundamentals, and problem-solving. The overall difficulty level of the interview was average, with a balanced mix of technical challenges.

Entretien
An online language exam and a hacker rank coding test, followed by 2 remote technical interviews all 1 week apart. Then a face to face meeting at the company. The questions were of average difficulty and the interviewers are nice.
